Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service define the conditions for using the services provided by DeuxH LLC (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) through its platform, Good Stuff Japan (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”). Users who wish to purchase products (hereinafter referred to as “Products”) sold on the Site by registering as members (hereinafter referred to as “Members”) must agree to these Terms of Service before using the Site.
Article 2 (Changes to the Terms of Service)
The Site may revise these Terms of Service as needed. If changes are made, the Site will notify Members of the details and the effective date of the changes in advance via email or other methods. If a Member does not agree to the revised Terms of Service, they may request to cancel their membership and discontinue use of the Site.
Article 3 (Membership Registration)
Users who wish to register as Members for purchasing products on the Site must apply for membership registration through the method specified by the Company, and registration will be completed upon approval by the Company. The Company reserves the right to refuse membership registration in the following cases without disclosing the reasons for refusal:
1. False information is provided during the registration process.
2. The applicant has previously violated these Terms of Service.
3. The Company deems the registration inappropriate for other reasonable reasons.
Article 4 (Suspension of Use and Membership Termination)
If a Member violates these Terms of Service or engages in inappropriate use of the Site, the Company may suspend the Member’s use of the Site and terminate their membership. The Company assumes no responsibility for any damages incurred by the Member as a result of such actions.
Article 5 (Management of ID and Password)
Each Member is responsible for managing their unique ID and password. Members must not transfer or lend their ID and password to third parties under any circumstances. The Company considers any login using a valid combination of ID and password as a legitimate login by the Member.
Article 6 (Management of User Information)
The Site manages Members’ personal information appropriately and handles it in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Members are responsible for managing their account information and must promptly notify the Site in case of unauthorized use by a third party.
Article 7 (Formation of Sales Contracts)
1. A sales contract between the Company and the Member is formed when the Member places an order on the Site, and the Company confirms the order.
2. Notwithstanding the above, the Company reserves the right to cancel the sales contract without prior notice in the following cases:
1. The Member violates these Terms of Service.
2. Delivery fails due to an incorrect address or prolonged absence of the recipient.
3. The Company determines that the trust necessary for the sales contract has been damaged.
3. Payment methods, fees, shipping methods, and procedures for cancellation or return of purchases are governed by separate rules set by the Company.
4. If the Company cannot fulfill an order due to inventory shortages, technical issues, or other reasonable causes, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order and will notify the Member promptly.
Article 8 (Shipping)
1. After the sales contract is formed as per Article 7, the Company will ship the Products to the address specified by the Member. Shipping methods, costs, and durations may vary depending on the region or product.
2. The Company is not responsible for undelivered items due to incorrect delivery addresses provided by the Member.
3. The Company assumes no liability for delays or non-delivery caused by force majeure events such as international logistics disruptions or carrier strikes.
Article 9 (Returns and Exchanges)
Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with the Site’s Return Policy.
Article 10 (Use by Minors)
If a minor uses the Site, it is deemed that the consent of their legal guardian has been obtained.
Article 11 (Disclaimer)
1. The Company assumes no liability for damages incurred by Members due to the use of the Site, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence by the Company.
2. Members are responsible for determining the suitability of the Products, and the Company does not guarantee their suitability.
3. While the Company strives to ensure the quality and performance of the Products, it does not guarantee the complete absence of defects or legal liabilities.
Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Japanese law. Any disputes between the Site and its users will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
Article 13 (Miscellaneous)
Any matters not stipulated in these Terms of Service will be governed by separate rules established by the Site.
